Replace the current TCP/IP stack with a new one. Desired features:
- No packet server
- IPC and CLI for run-time configuration
- Alternate IP data link types (IP-over-Ethernet, SLIP, PPP, etc.)
- Allow multiple addresses per data link
- Datalink hot addition and removal

The TCP/IP stack rewrite was merged in mainline,1471 and mainline,1472.
