Description
As of mainline,1035, I am experiencing a problem with my USB hub (part of my monitor). The hub does not attach after boot and needs to be unplugged and the plugged again.

The actual error as shown on SAM_0040.JPG is DEVICENOTRESPONDING.
There is a possibility that devices might enter suspend state during OHCI startup and fail to respond.
The attached patch should address this, by making the initialization routine follow the specification more closely.
Changes do not cause any regression using VBox, but I have no OHCI hw to test this.

Did it fire? I mean did the initialization take longer than 2ms (there should be an info message about it).
I am still working with the idea that those devices reach suspended state (I am yet to see a device that successfully resumes from the suspended state).
The right way would be to implement USB2 support, but it would require support for mixed speed bus and that is quite a lot of work.
It looks like we might need some quirks. You may try postponing the launch of ehci driver so that the devices are handed over after the initial setup (sleep for several seconds in the main function of ehci should be enough). I might change the patch so that it would use 50ms reset signal instead of resume. It might also help to manually power off ohci rh ports during initialization (that should simulate unplug, I'll prepare a patch for this)
