Description
After moving to GCC 4.4.1, the ia64 port seems to be broken when running in ski (in Simics it runs perfectly).
It is unknown whether this is somehow related to #113.

Fixed in [head,59] by implementing a very basic support for speculative memory access (by simply deferring the appropriate TLB exceptions).
