Merge: Doc update, usbkbd is usbhid, PCI I/O regs

Renamed usbkbd driver to usbhid.

Implemented ticket 46 (Get addresses of I/O registers from PCI).

Add some Doxygen groups (for usbhid driver and usbinfo application).
