369	Removing an directory entry from exFAT leaves the file system in bad state	Jakub Jermář		"As of [changeset:mainline,1186], creating and then removing a directory / file from an empty exFAT file systems does not work as expected. The deleted directory / file entry continues to appear in the directory listing as a zero-length file. It can be apparently opened() and read(), but not deleted.
