355	Revive Doxygen reference	Jiri Svoboda		"In the past it was possible to generate Doxygen reference documentation from HelenOS sources. The code that did this resided in a separate Subversion repository. Either this code should be revived or new code/script introduced to the Bazaar mainline to do this.

We should be able to generate the reference documentation, even if it is just for the purpose of checking that our Doxygen comments have the correct syntax.
