IPX/SPX Networking Docs
IPX/SPX protocol suite was created by Novell for their Novell NetWare operating system. It was widely used by DOS software (e.g. games), Microsoft Windows networking (from Windows for Workgroups (Windows 3.11) to Windows XP. FreeBSD supports IPX/SPX. OpenBSD dropped support for IPX/SPX in version 4.2.
