Add a platform driver for Malta.

  • The platform driver is derived from the rootpc driver and modified to match the Malta board specifics.
  • Include a couple of bus and device drivers in Malta's initrd.
  • Still work in progress. Malta can find the ISA bus on both lmalta and bmalta, but the ISA devices are passed wrong IO addresses.
