Message:

Merge MSIM simulator port (#401)

Merged from lp:~vojtech-horky/helenos/msim.

Not all features work, but it is possible to boot HelenOS running in
MSIM that runs in HelenOS in Qemu
(i.e. host → Qemu → HelenOS → MSIM → HelenOS).
