Make the SYS_KLOG interface more generic.

  • Define klog methods KLOG_WRITE, KLOG_UPDATE and KLOG_COMMAND.
  • KLOG_COMMAND is to be used to feed commands to the kconsole thread.
  • Property mode set to 100644
