Revert "Reformat copyright messages"

This reverts commit 999efa910aa347a786e88adecf88756dfaf9ea65.

There might actually be a semantical difference between a single-line
copyright notice with multiple authors (a collective of authors) and
multiple copyright notices following each other (individual authors
making gradual changes).
