= FreeRunner Video (Glamo) =

The video chip (and miscroSD reader) in the !FreeRunner is [http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Smedia_Glamo_3362 Smedia Glamo 3362]. It has some 2D and 3D acceleration as well as JPEG and H.263  acceleration. Curious about this choice is that data sheets are only available under NDA.

== Frame buffer ==

From the u-Boot Glamo driver it appears the frame buffer is located at offset 0x800000 from Glamo base address which is 0x08000000. Thus the framebuffer base should be 0x08800000. The frame buffer dimensions are 480x640. Pixel format: 2 bytes per pixel, RGB 5:6:5.
